Service Price Plan

• All our services are taken using a rolling monthly contract, so that
  you are only ever committed to one month at any time.

• Each call costs you just 1 unit*.
  1 appointment booked, changed or cancelled = 1 unit.
  1 class place booked, changed or cancelled = 1 unit.
  1 message relayed = 1 unit.
  1 other call taken (e.g. client checking time of appointment) = 1 unit.
  1 appointment reminder** phone call = 1 unit.
  *The only time 1 call can count for more than 1 unit is if, for example, the caller books 2 appointments during one call, then the cost would be 2 units.

• **Alternatively you can send text reminders using our simple automated
  system, which is fully integrated with your online diary. The cost is 15p/text.

• Our system allows you to add as many practitioners and users
  as you like at no extra charge.

• Please note all prices shown are subject to VAT at 20%.
