All our services are taken using a rolling monthly contract, so that
you are only ever committed to one month at any time.

1 appointment booked, changed or cancelled = 1 unit.
1 course/seminar place booked = 1 unit.
1 message relayed = 1 unit.
1 other call taken (e.g. client checking time of appointment) = 1 unit.
1 appointment reminder* phone call = 1 unit.

*Alternatively you can send text reminders using our simple automated
system, which is fully integrated with your online diary. The cost is 15p/text.

The prices shown below allow you to have up to three diaries at no
extra charge. Additional diaries are charged at £10/month.
