Using Clinic Appointments has been an entirely positive experience from the word Go. From the thorough system training we were given before we opened, to the consistently reliable service provided by the receptionists and support team in Bristol, we have found the service to be helpful, efficient and user-friendly throughout.

We use Clinic Appointments as an all important back-up to our reception service which is manned 3 days out of 5. It's a real luxury to know that clients' calls can be handled Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm, not only when we're not here, but when we're at lunch, on the phone or in the loo! Before we entrusted our diary and telephone contact to Clinic Appointments in February 2007, our booking system was a paper diary and a telephone answering machine. Expensive Industry specific Spa Style diary software packages would be too unwieldly for us, and an in-house receptionist is not an option either.

With Clinic Appointments' team of receptionists and the easy to use online booking system we now have the best of both worlds. They offer a friendly, helpful voice on the other end of the phone. They always cope very well with our extensive range of products and services, giving our discerning clientele a very smooth and efficient booking experience. At the same time, our day runs much better, and Clinic Appointments are continually updating their service, accommodating our feedback and requests and helping us solve any potential problems as our business develops and evolves.

At first, we had no idea how beneficial this service was actually going to be. We now have more time to spend working with clients. For the first time in seven years we have been able to take a 'real' holiday without the mobile phone and diary packed in the suitcase, for the daily poolside ritual of checking and responding to the business answer phone.
